Eligibility You must be a current High School Senior planning to attend FVTC after graduation, awarded scholarships
may only be used at FVTC.
How to Apply
- Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Reader Installed, go to Adobe.com to install or upgrade your current reader.
- This year's deadline has passed, check back in September 2013.
**Note: You will be unable to save a completed copy of your application, so please print an additional copy if you'd like to keep a copy for your records.
- Print two (2) Teacher evaluations>> and select two (2) teachers to complete your evaluations. You can also provide your teachers with a link to the evaluation if they would like to complete it electronically.
**Note: Teachers can mail their evaluations separately to the Foundation Office
or they can provide evaluations directly to the student in a sealed
envelope to be returned with their application.
- Mail your completed application to the Fox Valley Technical College Foundation, Inc. along with your High School Transcript. (instructions are on the application).
