Financial aid funding will be based on the number of enrolled credits on the Census Date.

Please note that not all funds may be disbursed on this day. As funds come in they will be disbursed. Disbursements to student accounts occur every Tuesday and Friday throughout the term.

Refunds are mailed/deposited after funds are disbursed and/or all charges have been paid in full. Please be aware that students may not receive all funds in the initial refund if disbursements occur on different days. Checks are sent the following Monday or Thursday after a disbursement to the student account, while direct deposits are processed daily. Please allow ample time for both check delivery or posting of direct deposit. Both methods generally take at least 24-48 hours.

The application and awarding process will take time to process. Therefore, the following priority dates are highly recommended. Students may apply after these dates, however, we cannot guarantee the awarding process will be completed to hold a place in classes without payment on the registration due date. The FAFSA application is available online January 1 each year.
