Nathan brings more than 10 years of experience in adult education, organizational development and customer care to Fox Valley Technical College. Prior to joining FVTC, Nathan led a team of customer care trainers whose responsibilities included training local market customer care, direct sales and dispatch operations in 29 states for a national telecommunications provider. Nathan’s experience includes instructing and mentoring trainers on virtual platform skills, training employees using both on-site and real-time virtual delivery methods. Additionally, Nathan has extensive experience developing and training customer service, sales, retention and outbound telemarketing departments for internal and outsourced partner contact centers.
His strong knowledge and fundamental application of employee performance coaching skills and coaching sales performance has helped customer care and sales leaders build collaborative, high-communication teams that share a passion for creating remarkable customer experiences.
Nathan completed his Bachelor's degree in English Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and did his graduate coursework in the Master of Arts in English program at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. His previous college teaching experience includes 8+ years as an adjunct instructor for Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with 2 of those years as a Workplace Education Instructor in Corporate & Community Services, teaching workshop-style classes for the college on-site at a large manufacturing company.
