My Biography
Bruce spent 15 years in Wisconsin K-12 schools as a special education teacher prior to coming to Fox Valley Tech in 2007. He holds a graduate degree in Learning Disabilities from UW-Madison and supports apprenticeship students and the Manufacturing, Transportation, Engineering, Graphic Arts, and Agriculture programs. Most recently he has been actively involved in revisions of the Wisconsin Post-Secondary Guide to Disability Documentation for the UW and Wisconsin Technical College Systems. Bruce sits on the Board of Directors for Wisconsin Badger Camp, Inc., a non-profit recreational organization for children and adults with disabilities. Bruce's professional interests include advocacy and advisement for students with disabilities. A "professional problem-solver," Bruce welcomes contact from present and prospective students and community groups.
